NOTES:
1. Maurice has agreed to open and close the theatre each day.
2. Although the festival activities will not finish at 8.00pm each evening this is the approximate time you will be needed to stay till on the door.
3. As previously advised you do not have to deal with financial/organisational matters.
a. All money related matters (e.g. refunds, reimbursements etc.) are to be referred to DAVID BENNETT 0408 408 065.
b. All organisational/venue/program matters are to be referred to BOB CAMPBELL 0417 625 743.
c. All merchandise (CDs, books etc.) sales are to be entered on to the one sheet. All monies from sales are to be put into the one container. The Folk Festival Committee will do a reconciliation at the end of the festival.
d. Some receipting for all monies paid will be necessary (late registrations, session entries etc.). These procedures will be explained to you when you start your shift.
